Refund Policy
Each piece of jewelry is costume jewelry and is inspected prior to shipping to assure it is not damaged or broken. There are times when small pieces or chains become loose and jump off the rings during shipping. These items may only need adjusting and the rings closed tighter. These are not defects and are not eligible for return. I can guide you with the repair via phone and/or email.
All sales are final. There are no refunds. If an item arrives broken and cannot be repaired, a credit or item replacement of the same value will be provided. You have 2 days from the time the jewelry is delivered to address to notify me of a broken or damaged item. You must take a picture of the broken item and send it to classygemz818@gmail.com within 2 days of arrival of your order. Replacements will not be honored for damage caused by normal wear of costume jewelry.
Miranda’s Classy Gemz is not responsible for packages/shipments not received that is showing packages/shipments delivered on tracking, stolen packages/shipments or packages/shipments delivered to the incorrect mailbox by mail carriers.
Tracking link is sent to email provided by buyer at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track package for delivery and placement by carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to validate address where merchandise shipment is to be sent at the time of checking out with jewelry purchase.
